Construction is underway on the Sinton Residence, located in the East Bay hills. While maintaining the footprint of the original 1950’s ranch-style home, the 4,000 square foot project involves complete renovation of the entire building, including all new interiors, major seismic upgrade, and solar photovoltaic panels. The new design will raise ceiling heights and open the building to a series of new outdoor spaces, as well as to views of the San Francisco Bay. General Contractor for the project is Capo Mastro Group, of Oakland.
